ZBon Fitness in Lewiston is a modern, fully loaded facility with everything you need to train smart—from racks and platforms to sleds, kettlebells, functional turf space, and recovery tools. When you train here with Limitless, the gym access is already built into your session rate. No surprise costs. No waiting in line. We’ll have a designated time slot and space to do what we came here to do: build serious, lasting results.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is custom-built for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Whether you’re training for strength, rebuilding confidence after injury, or just need someone to guide you out of the rut you’ve been stuck in, we’ll design a progressive plan that evolves with you. From warm-up to cooldown, every rep is intentional. We’ll combine proper movement mechanics, smart strength programming, mobility work, and breath-focused coaching to help you train harder—without training reckless.
And it doesn’t stop at the gym doors. Limitless clients also get a weekly check-in call to track progress, adjust the game plan, and stay accountable. You’ll also have access to ongoing text support—because coaching isn’t just about the hour you spend training. It’s about helping you stay consistent through the rest of your week, when life, stress, and excuses try to pull you off track.
