While every training session is focused on your fitness goals, you’ll notice encouragement rooted in positivity, strength, and grace. I aim to build you up in mind, body, and spirit — no preaching, just purpose-driven support.
  • Will I be judged if I’m out of shape or embarrassed?
    Heck no. Everyone starts somewhere — and honestly, starting takes the most courage. Limitless Training is a judgment-free zone. You’ll find encouragement, tough love when you need it, and a space where you’re celebrated for showing up, not shamed for where you’re starting.
  • What’s the vibe like during sessions?
    Professional, energetic, and real. We’ll work hard, laugh a little (or a lot), and you’ll leave feeling strong, proud, and fired up for what’s next. I bring tough coaching with a sense of humor — because crushing your goals should be challenging, but it should also be FUN.
  • Where do outdoor training sessions happen?
    I meet you at public parks, tracks, and fields around the Lewiston, Maine area. Think fresh air, wide open spaces, and no crowded gyms staring you down. I believe fitness should feel freeing, not intimidating. Outdoor sessions let you move, sweat, breathe, and train without distractions — and honestly, it’s pretty therapeutic too.
  • How is outdoor training different from a gym session?
    No mirrors. No weird smells. No fighting for machines. Outdoor training with me is all about functional movement, real progress, and workouts that actually fit your goals — not gym trends. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish when you ditch the four walls and train in a natural, empowering environment.
  • What’s included in every personal training session?
    Every session is 100% tailored to you. You’ll get strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and breathing and recovery tips — all built around your goals and lifestyle. I’m not just counting reps and shouting motivation; I’m making sure your form is solid, your mindset is strong, and your path to success is mapped out.
  • How does in-home training work?
    In-home training is by application because it has to be the right fit — for you and for me. We’ll chat about your space, your goals, your location, and make sure we both feel good about it. Safety, respect, and setting you up for success are my top priorities. If you think in-home sounds like your jam, let’s talk!
  • What if I’m brand new to fitness?
    You’re exactly who I built Limitless Training for. I work with women at every stage — from day-one beginners to seasoned athletes. You don’t need to "get in shape" before you start. That’s my job: to meet you exactly where you are, build your strength, confidence, and endurance step by step, and make it feel empowering, not overwhelming.
  • What if I have an injury or mobility issue?
    Every client starts with a muscle imbalance and movement pattern assessment. We’ll identify any tightness, weakness, or past injury history so that I can build a plan that keeps you safe, builds your strength, and helps prevent future issues. Your body isn’t broken — it just needs the right strategy, and that’s where I come in.
  • What happens during the online coaching setup?
    Online coaching starts with a full one-on-one consultation. We map out your schedule, your equipment (even if it's just bands and bodyweight), and your specific goals. I assess your movement patterns and any muscle imbalances virtually. Then I build a fully customized training plan that is strategic, flexible, and personalized to you — not some cookie-cutter PDF.
  • How often is online coaching updated?
    Your program isn’t a "set it and forget it" thing. I update your training every single week based on your feedback, your performance, and whatever life throws your way. Sick kid? Crazy work week? Sore hip? I adjust your plan in real time so you can keep progressing without burning out.
  • Can I switch from outdoor to online coaching if needed?
    Absolutely. Flexibility is the name of the game. If life, weather, travel, or just preference changes, we can seamlessly switch your plan from in-person to online without skipping a beat. You’ll always have a coach in your corner, whether we’re sweating it out on the field or checking in through your phone.
  • What kind of support do I get between sessions?
    Support isn’t just once a week — it’s ongoing. You’ll get weekly check-in calls, progress tracking, and unlimited text support. Need a pep talk before a hard workout? Struggling with motivation? I’m a text away. I’m your coach, accountability partner, and sometimes your personal hype woman, all rolled into one.
