Service Description

The more often we train, the more personalized and progress-driven your program becomes—and you save more per session! This training style is perfect for women who want structure without the pressure of a gym, busy schedules that benefit from flexible outdoor meetups, and anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and confidence. It’s also ideal for those craving a natural boost in mood, motivation, and accountability—plus a little fresh air and fun while still getting your butt kicked (in a good way). Each session includes fully customized training tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any past injuries or imbalances. You'll get one-on-one coaching focused on proper form, breathing, and efficient movement, along with strength, conditioning, and functional exercises built around your unique goals. We also incorporate mobility work and recovery tips to keep your body feeling good between sessions. To top it off, you'll get a weekly check-in call and text support—so you’re never on your own between workouts. Note: Availability at these locations may vary. If your selected location is unavailable for a particular session, Ellie will contact you to discuss alternative options. Cancellation Policy

Limitless Training – General Terms & Conditions By enrolling in any Limitless Training service—including outdoor, in-home, or online coaching—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment is required in full prior to the start of any coaching program or training session. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all active clients. Your card will be charged in full for any no-show or session canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once your program has started. Session availability is first-come, first-served and must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours will result in the full session fee being charged to your card on file. Emergencies may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions. A lack of communication for seven or more consecutive days will result in your plan being marked inactive and may lead to termination without refund. Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to train with proper clothing, hydration, and equipment if applicable. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. For online coaching, clients must ensure a safe, functional training space. By participating in Limitless Training, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and cleared by a medical provider to exercise. It is your responsibility to communicate any injuries, health concerns, or limitations before each session. Limitless Training is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical issues. All training plans and coaching materials are created specifically for the enrolled client and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed. Your results depend on your consistency, effort, and communication. This is a partnership—and I'm here to guide, support, and challenge you every step of the way.
